Commission Regulation 1484/95/EC defines the detailed rules for the implementation of the supplementary import duty system for the poultry meat and egg sectors, as well as egg albumin, and the applicable prices for the affected products.
From the regularly carried out inspection of the data that serves as the basis for determining the reference prices for the above-mentioned goods, it appears that the reference prices for the import of products of poultry of the species Gallus domesticus cut, boneless, frozen (CN 0207 14 10) should be adjusted by taking into account the price differences according to the place of origin . required. The new reference prices are detailed by purchasing country in the annex to Executive Order 2022/1323.
