Danone and several of its popular brands are once again winners of the Superbrands award
Danone, Actimel and Activia also won the Superbrands award, awarded for the eighteenth time this year, and Danone as a company also received the Business Superbrands award. The award is known and recognized by consumers and the wider public as a symbol of high quality, and the best consumer and business brands can benefit from it.
In almost every year of the existence of the Superbrands award, Danone has been included sixteen times among the only 500 Hungarian consumer brands that received recognition during the program. But the company’s two best-known brands, Actimel and Activia, were not deemed worthy of the award for the first time either.
The awarding of the award, as every year, was decided by a committee of 40 independent marketing professionals and company managers following a multi-stage pre-screening. The award is positive feedback about brands that highlights the best on a professional basis. The nomination is made solely on the basis of professional criteria, it is not possible to apply or apply for it.
