The Pálinka Feast of Kecel to be organized again
The Pálinka Feast of Kecel will be held on 29 and 30 November this year. To the sixth edition of the competition of pálinkas and spirits, a total of 330 samples were sent from Hungary and across borders – the organizers announced at a press conference on Friday in Budapest.
Jakab István, president of the MAGOSZ, an one of the patrons of the event said: this year, the Pálinka Feast will be extended. In addition to the domestic small distilleries, distilerries from the Uplands, Transylvania and Vojvodina will also bring their products remekeiket. Such competition is important to raise awareness for the production of high-quality pálinka – he emphasized. (MTI)
