Again “Lecsó-cooking festival and Family day” in Szeged
You can now apply for IV. Premium Market Picnic for the soup-cooking competition! This year, the event will be held on Saturday, September 21, in Szeged, organized by Vitaminszalon.
The now traditional large-scale event is prepared with the main support of Prémium Kert Kft., its main attraction is the 60 lecsó cooking teams, all of whom are competing to win the title of “Best Lecsója 2024 in Szeged”. The chief patron of the competition is chef János Zörgő.
Each team is supported by Prémium Kert Kft. with many ingredients, such as: cluster tomatoes, lecho peppers, sausages and other garnishes. All the teams have to do is bring their own equipment and secret recipe. Hungarian vegetables and fruits are given special emphasis, which is why 100% of the ingredients offered come to the pans from the fields of the surrounding gardeners.
The venue is provided by the Premium Market, where the event also provides relaxation for external visitors. There will be a comedian, local musicians will perform, lechos will be prepared in a special style in front of the public, which can be eaten after they are ready, round table discussions on various interesting topics await those interested, and the organizers promise crafts, face painting and other outdoor games for the children.
