SIRHA Budapest is one of the most significant international food industry and HoReCa trade fairs in Central and Eastern Europe, welcoming professionals for the seventh time between March 3 and 5, 2026 at the HUNGEXPO Budapest Congress and Exhibition Center. This year, we are also welcoming visitors to the Future Store for the 10th time at the exhibition together with our Partners and their innovations – and we are now presenting a few highlights as a teaser.

In 2026, the Future Store will once again showcase the market’s latest product developments ahead of launch, innovative in-store equipment solutions and services. The sales floor, hot spots, on-the-go, checkout zone, as well as the convenience and HoReCa areas will appear as a complex whole, featuring a range of trendy new solutions that many visitors will encounter here for the first time. The newest solutions for both unmanned and staffed units will be presented, with special emphasis on data-driven developments, customer-experience-related solutions and product innovations, including the latest in-store communication tools.

At SIRHA Budapest 2026, a total of 26 companies will present their innovative products, sales-promotion tools and new solutions in a unique format at the Future Store Innovations stand (Hall A, stand 301A), as part of professionally guided tours. Guided tours depart every half hour at pre-announced times; visitors can register and book a slot in advance, and on-site registration is also available subject to remaining capacity. Tour visits take place in groups of up to 30 people, and each tour lasts approximately 70 minutes.

At the bottom of the article, you can register for a free entry pass and for the professional guided tours as well!

Many solutions will be showcased here for the very first time, and – as in previous years – visitors will also have the opportunity to taste product innovations that are about to be launched. In this compilation, four companies are introduced today out of the 26 exhibitors.

Introducing a holographic sales solution shaping the future of the shopper experience

INTREN brings the breaking down of boundaries between the digital and physical worlds closer through a solution that combines artificial intelligence and 3D holographic technology. The Digital Human appearing in the holobox is not merely a visual element, but functions as an interactive expert capable of presenting products – such as premium wines – in detail and providing personalised advice. Thanks to the built-in QR-code payment function, the system can also be used as an autonomous point of sale, combining attention-grabbing presence, information and the purchasing process on one platform. This experience-based interaction opens a new dimension in customer engagement while supporting the digital evolution of modern retail and exhibition environments in a contemporary way.

A wave of product innovations spanning multiple categories is coming

Nestlé will appear in the Future Store with a comprehensive portfolio of new launches. In this line-up, Nesquik Strawberry cereal and cereal bar carry the iconic brand experience forward in a modern format, with launches planned for late February and early March 2026. The strawberry flavour and milk turning pink create a playful, visually engaging breakfast experience, while the cereal contains whole grain and contributes to a balanced breakfast with 7 vitamins and minerals, without artificial colours or flavours. In confectionery, KitKat tablet products will appear, including the Cookie Dough flavour, as well as an F1 race-car-shaped chocolate and a new KitKat Chunky caramel flavour. Under the Balaton brand, Trio products in cocoa and hazelnut variants, as well as the Balaton Brownie wafer bar, are also arriving as new items. The JOJO candy portfolio continues to expand, while Starbucks® flavoured coffees, Maggi Magic Asia and Airfryer bases will also be introduced. This year PURINA brings two new product innovations: PURINA ONE HYDRALIFE products, with tasty recipes that help support proper hydration for cats, and FELIX Deli Moments, which is considered revolutionary in the cat treats category thanks to its liquid and creamy texture.

An autonomous robotics solution bringing a new dimension to cleaning is coming

S&K Solutions will showcase the PUDU CC1 cleaning robot, which provides comprehensive hygiene with minimal human intervention thanks to its 4-in-1 cleaning system – sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing and mopping. With 17,000 Pa suction power, the device effectively tackles stubborn dirt, while its advanced navigation system enables precise and safe operation even in busy environments. For businesses, a key advantage is cost efficiency: the robot significantly reduces the need for human resources, allowing employees to focus on value-creating tasks. The unit works around the clock with consistent quality, does not tire, and its automatic charging and water refilling ensure continuous readiness. The 15-litre water tank and intelligent water usage deliver time and resource savings across a wide range of institutional and business environments.

Here comes the next generation of concentrated, plant-based cleaning

Herbow’s developments are built on concentrated formulas and plant-based, natural ingredients that deliver reliable cleaning performance while being gentle on the skin and the environment. The environmentally conscious Hungarian company designs its laundry and cleaning products to achieve effective cleaning with less material use, reducing environmental impact and making purchasing decisions simpler. Their range includes laundry detergents, fabric softeners, dishwashing liquids, stain removers, probiotic cleaners, and a dedicated baby product line for younger family members. The latest innovation, the 3in1 laundry perfume–softener concentrate, combines long-lasting fragrance, softening and gentle textile care in a single product. The Herbow and Souldrops brands differ in style, but share the same sustainability mindset, offering partners a well-scalable portfolio that remains relevant in the long term.
