Another Hungarian winner
One year after the Federation of European Wine and Gastronomy Associations awarded Tamás Háber’s Aranykacsa restaurant in Pécs the Grand Prize of European Restaurants, this year the same organisation gave the prize to Biarritz restaurant in Budapest, owned by Gyula Berkes, for preserving culinary traditions and promoting Hungarian cuisine.
