The Oktoberfest in Munich will be cancelled again
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Munich’s Oktoberfest, the world’s largest beer festival, will be cancelled again this year – was announced on Monday in the Bavarian provincial capital.
Oktoberfest is “the most global festival” attended by people from all over the world in Munich, so due to the risk of infection, it must be deleted again this year.
Next year, however, it can be held again if the vaccination campaign is progressing well around the world, Bavarian Prime Minister Marker Söder said in a briefing held together with the mayor of Munich. (MTI)
