The corporate culture of the Borsodi Brewery was awarded again
The Borsodi Brewery was recognized again this year by the Top Employers Institute. After 2023, the company also received the Best Employer certificate in Hungary in 2024, and its parent company, Molson Coors, also earned the Best Employer recognition at the European level. The awarding of the two awards was preceded by a broad and strict screening covering six HR areas.
For the second time, Borsodi Sörgyár applied for and received the prize awarded by the Top Employers Institute: the Best Employer certification in Hungary. The Top Employers Institute recognizes the excellent treatment of employees worldwide. It helps spread the word about these practices to make the world of work better. With the help of the recognition program, the participating organizations can become certified, qualified and recognized employers.
“The fact that we once again won the Best Employer certification in Hungary confirms that the HR practices and processes used at the Borsodi Brewery are competitive. Perhaps even more importantly, the review process prior to awarding the award allows us to make sure that our initiatives have an impact on our employees. Therefore, recognition is also a kind of compass, which shows whether we are following the right direction and encourages us to continue the path we have started”
– said Zsanett Zsadányi-Nagy, HR director of the Borsodi Brewery.
