Lidl has reduced prices again
Lidl Hungary has once again reduced the consumer prices of 70 products, including a number of bakery products that are important to Hungarian customers, such as half-brown bread, white bread or the deservedly popular cinnamon roll. In addition to baked goods, the price of poultry sticks also dropped significantly.
Since the beginning of January, Lidl Hungary has been continuously reducing consumer prices. So far, the company has reduced the prices of more than 300 products, including various milk and dairy products, such as cheese and butter, dry pasta, rice, but for many other foods you have to pay less compared to last year.
“Our company strives to ensure that our customers can purchase products at the best possible price, whether it’s a small or large purchase. To this end, we have been continuously reducing prices since January, and from March 13 we want to support the Hungarian people with another price reduction affecting 70 products. Among these, the prices of 17 different bakery products have decreased, so for example the price of 1 kg of half-brown bread has dropped again below HUF 700, i.e. it can be bought HUF 50 cheaper for HUF 695. The price of 1 kg of sliced white bread also became cheaper by HUF 50, i.e. it decreased to HUF 899, but the price of nostalgia kifli sprinkled with cheese also decreased by HUF 20, while the cinnamon roll became cheaper by 10%. The price of poultry sticks, available in 1 kg packaging, has also dropped significantly, by 20%, which customers can now buy for HUF 949.
