The Coop Rally field was once again hosted by the brewers of the Borsodi Brewery
On September 12, after almost a decade, the field of the Coop Rally came to Bőcs again. The Borsodi Brewery, which celebrated its fiftieth birthday last year, did not slow down this year either, and in addition to developing its factory in Eastern Hungary, it introduced a number of new products to the domestic market. In addition to seeing the factory, the participants of the Coop Rally were also able to try Borsodi’s alcohol-free products.
The Borsodi Brewery and Coop Hungary also celebrated around 25 years of cooperation on Thursday in Bőcsön, when after almost a decade the Borsodi brewery was once again one of the stops of the Coop Rally.
Zsolt Vuleta, managing director and commercial director of the Borsodi Brewery, emphasized in his speech:
“The Coop Rally is a parade of excellent Hungarian products and innovative manufacturing companies, and the competition, held for the 18th time this year, provides an opportunity for even more people to get to know high-quality food and manufacturing companies produced in Hungary, among them the Borsodi Brewery and Borsodi products.
It fills us with pride that the Coop Rally is also visiting Bőcs and that we can once again welcome the competitors as hosts after almost a decade.
A similar visit took place in 2015, and in the short decade that has passed since then, we at Borsodi have continued on the path that has been characterized by continuous sustainable development and development since the beginning, thanks to which Borsodi has not only become a dominant player in the domestic beer market, but has also become a brand name and It is also a significant player in the economic life of Borsod county, compared to our possibilities.”
Borsodi has continuously expanded its capacity and the range of products produced here. The brewery has always been characterized by continuous development, and since its inception it has contributed to the development of domestic beer culture with many innovations. The company is credited with introducing the first domestic non-alcoholic beer, Borsodi Póló, and adapting to consumer needs, the brewery launched one of the first domestic, widely available flavored beers, Borsodi Friss.
