Well-known cosmetic brands are returning to the Russian market
Lancome, Redken, Yves Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani and Kérastase have been added to the list of Russian parallel imports of perfumes and cosmetics as exceptions because these companies have decided to ship to Russia again, the Russian industry said on Monday. and the press service of the Ministry of Commerce.

More and more brands return to the Russian market
The exceptions will take effect in three months, so those who bought the products can bring them into Russia within a quarter of the publication of the decree.
At the beginning of May, the ministry published the list of more than 50 product categories that allowed parallel import of products. The diverse list ranges from plants and medicines to soap and weapons. The operation of the parallel import mechanism was also allowed until 2023.
