Starting school: notebooks and drawing sheets will be 30-50 percent more expensive
The 2022/23 academic year will start in two weeks. Back-to-school sales have already started in stores, and parents have a long list of what they still need to buy for this school year. In addition to inflation and continuous price increases, the person who buys everything for the child now has to reach deep into his pocket. The Money Center, what is sure to be more expensive for this academic year.
In the current economic situation, there is almost no product whose price has not risen. Inflation increased by two percent in a single month, our money is worth 13.7% less than in the same period of the previous year. Analysts are very pessimistic, expecting that household incomes will also drop significantly.
Because of inflation, not only food costs much more, but almost everything. Thus, it is not surprising if the price of school supplies, notebooks and stationery starts to rise. Dumping of school supplies has begun in larger stores, and parents can count. In addition to notebooks and stationery, school bags, sports shoes, and even school meals will become more expensive this year, so parents should expect a significant price increase compared to the previous year.
