Fresh & Easy sponsors schools in the US

Tesco’s US-unit Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market has launched a school fundraising programme called Shop for Schools.

 In the promotion, running run from 1
February through to 31 March 2009, every USD20 spent at a Fresh and
Easy store, participating schools will get a USD1 cash donation.
Kindergarten through to 8th grade schools within a three-mile radius
of a Fresh & Easy store can participate in the programme.
