The GVH approved an acquisition

The Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH), approved the Czech Republic Agrofert-group to gain control over the NT-Group.

The determining activity of the NT-Group is sunflower seed oil production, distribution and in connection oilseed purchasing. The Czech Agrofert’s group determining activity in Hungary in connection with its integrator activities is the distribution of agricultural raw materials involving (fertilizers, plant protection products, seeds) and the sale of fertilizers (independent from its integrator activity) and the distribution of agricultural machinery.
