Ipsos: Weekend evenings: going out or staying at home?

Four-tenth of the population tends to spend Friday evenings at home, and the same applies to weekend nights and none of these people opt for public places to go out. The most common way to spend time is to hang out at friends' houses: 10 percent of Hungarians spend a lot of time with friends. Five percent of those asked go to various events on a regular basis, usually music- and dance events, while four percent opts for cinema, 2 for restaurants or concerts. Those taking part in the new survey of Ipsos also admitted, that the average money spent on a weekend night is 4400 HUF.
