Industrial orders: in May, Hungary stood on the third place in the EU
Instead of the expected one percent, a more dynamic, 3.6 percent percent growth occurred in the field of industrial orders in May compared to April in the euro zone, while in the EU 27 a 2.5 percent average growth rate occured. On a monthly basis, the largest increase occured in Estonia (+14.2) Bulgaria (+14.1) and in Hungary (+9.4) – reports Eurostat.
On an annual basis, the growth in the euro zone was 15.5, while in the EU it was 14.3 percent. In Hungary, despite the May value of industrial orders, the annual rate was only 4.3 percent. Hungary could only overtake the Danish 0.8, and the Irish 3.4 percent datas, with this annualy growth – reports mfor.hu.
