Ráspi Budapest restaurant works under the name Márgál Budapest from 1 December. Mr Gál’s most surprising initiative is the new menu concept: at lunchtime they offer two premium courses and a soft drink for HUF 950. He says he does not care about the money he loses on this, instead he is happy about the turnover and about the facts that many guests return in the evening.
