The Unilever has received an Investors in People certification
The most prominent international recognition of the development of human resources were given to those organizations which can present the best organizational practices in order to achieve sustainable business activities.
The experts of the Investors in People (IIP) evaluated Unilever on the basis of criterias such as organizational culture, management strategy, training and development, as well as the quality of the work environment. According to the assessment of the experts, the company has earned the IIP certification, inter alia, that Unilever implements a highly effective dialogue between managers and subordinates. Thanks to the dialogue the knowledge sharing is more intensive among teh employees, the organization overall better identify with the business goals and the operation becomes more successful than average.
