Intrum: consumer sentiment has slightly worsened in our continent
Almost half of those surveyed in EU Member States believe that their financial balance has deteriorated and that the future is increasingly uncertain, compared to last year, according to an Intrum survey released on Thursday.
According to the European Consumer Payment Report of the claims management group, 45 percent at EU level and 56 percent in Hungary said that their accounts had grown more than their revenues. However, in Hungary 74 percent reported of being borrowed for their regular expenses, which is 2 percent less than the EU average of 76 percent. (MTI)
