Intrum the youngest and oldest have been hit hardest by the crisis
Young people and the finances of retirees were hit hardest by the coronavirus crisis in the fourth quarter of last year, while nearly a tenth of young people were able to increase their savings by managing more prudently or taking part-time jobs – Intrum’s claims manager told MTI.
Intrum prepares its European Consumer Payments Report every year, including 24,189 European citizens from 24 European countries participating in a representative survey last autumn. 1000 people from Hungary were involved in the research examining the expenditures, incomes and payment habits of households and consumers.
