Intimate hygiene revolution: how water jets replace toilet paper
The spread of water-based hygiene can revolutionize everyday hygiene – says Ákos Németh, head of Laufen’s Hungarian representation.
Toilets with a bidet function are not only space-saving, but also more hygienic and skin-friendly than traditional toilet paper, the chemicals of which can cause irritation in many people. Rinsing with warm water is gentler, beneficial for hemorrhoids, postpartum sensitivity, feminine hygiene, and also for use by the elderly and children. Modern devices ensure complete hygiene with a disinfection program, descaling and automated cleaning.
