Intersnack employs more people than last year

Thanks to the increase in export Intersnack – the manufacturer of Chio products – employs 11 percent more people this year than last year. At the moment Intersnack has 400 employees, 75 percent of who work in production. Due to the workforce shortage in Győr-Moson-Sopron County, 20 percent of employees come from workforce leasing companies. HR manager Ágnes Berecz told: salary is an important recruitment factor, but a good work-life balance or the complete freedom to choose shifts are now more important than before. //
