In the first half of this year’s ski season, skiers heading abroad took out ski insurance for an average of 930 forints per day, an amount 10 percent higher than the similar value last year – Insura.hu told MTI on Friday, based on its own data.

The announcement quoted Gábor Kozma, CEO of Insura.hu, who said that although ski insurance premiums have increased slightly faster than expected, the value of under a thousand forints per day is still a very fair fee for covering risks arising on the ski slopes.
