Innovation, expansion and foreign investors: Hungary is heading to the forefront of the industrial real estate market
Hungary will focus on showcasing significant industrial and logistics real estate developments that support strong foreign direct investment inflows at the world’s leading real estate development exhibition, MIPIM, in Cannes from March 11-14. The Hungary stand will showcase the expanding industrial and logistics real estate market, as well as residential, hotel and office portfolios that further strengthen the country’s position in the international real estate market.

Hungary to showcase real estate developments that support significant foreign direct investment inflows at this year’s MIPIM – Focus on the attractiveness of rural towns in the international real estate market
At the exhibition, the Real Estate Development Roundtable Association (IFK) and the National Investment Agency (HIPA), with the professional support of the world’s leading real estate advisory company, CBRE, will jointly showcase the dynamic growth experienced in the industrial and logistics real estate market, which the country can thank for the inflow of foreign direct investment. The main exhibitors of the Hungary stand are innovative industrial real estate developers such as Innovinia (developer and owner of IGParks) and HelloParks (member of the Futureal group). As a state player, INPARK will be present, giving rural cities a prominent role. The volume of investments coming to the countryside is growing year by year, and the potential is still huge in some parts of the country, these opportunities are emphasized by the main exhibitors of the Hungary stand. Debrecen receives special attention at MIPIM, presenting the change of scale that will take place over the next few years. Biggeorge Property, the leading player in the domestic residential real estate development sector, will also participate in the parade. Jalsovszky, one of Hungary’s leading law firms and legal advisors, which is dominant in the broad spectrum of the real estate sector, including the commercial, industrial, residential and hotel real estate markets, will also be presenting itself at MIPIM.
