Ingatlan.com: Balaton and Lake Venezia holiday homes are the most popular
On the holiday home market, Balaton and Lake Venezia holiday homes are still the most sought after, according to an analysis published by ingtalan.com on Sunday.
Taking into account the overall demand for holiday homes, Siófok and Balatonalmádi on the Balaton coast, as well as Gárdony on the shores of Lake Velence, are the most popular holiday resorts in Hungary. At the same time, based on inquiries per thousand offered properties, the order is Balatonszabadi, Balatonederics and Dörgicse.
According to the summary made on the basis of the real estate company’s own data, there is a significant difference between the demand and the prices, for example, in Balatonszabadi, which leads the second list, in August of this year, the price per square meter was HUF 607 thousand.
Among the two settlements on the top 10 demand list, the most expensive is Alsóörs with a price of HUF 1.354 million per square meter, which is only the fifth based on the number of inquiries per thousand properties, Paloz, fourth on the same list, is the second most expensive with HUF 1.3 million.
