Ingatlan.com: Land prices have risen in price by 57 percent in one year
At the national level, the average price per square meter of land was almost HUF 19,000 in mid-April, compared to HUF 12,000 a year earlier, which is an increase of more than 57 percent, according to the analysis of the ingatlan.com. According to this data, the average price per square meter of residential land offered for sale in Budapest was nearly HUF 128,000 in mid-April, which is a 26 percent increase in price on an annual basis. Summing up all the types of plots (residential and recreation area and outlyings), it can be said that in addition to the capital, prices have jumped in the Balaton region and in Pest county.
