We’re heading south! The HOFER KG opens ALDI stores in Italy

With the launch of ALDI’s Italian operations, the ALDI SOUTH Group will be present in eleven countries in four continents. The co-ordination of the market entry and the support of the ALDI Italia subsidiary are also carried out by HOFER KG, Austria. Due to the international expansion, the company expands its management with two members.

With the opening of the first ALDI stores in Italy on 1 March, the ALDI SOUTH Group continues its international success story in Castellanza, Trento, Rovereto and other cities. Thus, Italian buyers can enjoy the benefits of the discount philosophy, which have been proven for decades. Preparations for market entry have been carried out by the Austrian HOFER KG.
