The application for additional support for the Start loans of the Kisfaludy Tourism Credit Center is launched

The call for applications for the non-refundable grant has already been published with a budget of 350 million forints, and applications will be accepted from January 26.

Within the framework of the 2=3 campaign, Kisfaludy2030 Zrt. provides additional financial resources for the operational stability and implementation of developments of tourism service providers when using a KTH Start investment or working capital loan. In the case of a KTH Start investment loan, the non-refundable grant can be used for the development and expansion of the property that houses the business, for the purchase of equipment necessary for the services, and for developments aimed at raising the level of service – they wrote in the announcement.

It was added that applicants can use the grant for the KTH Start working capital loan to cover, among other things, payroll costs, utility costs, work clothes, uniforms, consumables and working capital.

Support can be provided if KTH has awarded the KTH Start working capital or KTH Start investment loan to the service provider applying for the grant in the amount of at least 1 and a maximum of 2 million forints, and the relevant The applicant presented the draft loan agreement to Kisfaludy2030 Zrt. The government has also helped strengthen the competitiveness of the tourism sector with numerous measures in the recent period. Among these, one of the most important milestones last year was the establishment of the Kisfaludy Tourism Credit Center and the launch of tourism lending specifically tailored to the needs of the sector. The financial service provider quickly and flexibly provides funds for tourism developments and modernizations.

Thanks to state support, its loans can be applied for at the most favorable fixed interest rate currently available on the market, 2.5 percent, and without collateral – involving a guarantor or other guarantee. The new financing scheme combines the advantages of loans and non-refundable grant funds and opens up new opportunities for growth and development for domestic tourism businesses, informed Kisfaludy2030 Turisztikai Fejlesztő Nonprofit Zrt.

A service provider can only take out a loan extended by the grant once and only for one type of KTH Start loan. The support cannot be used in the case of KTH Start loans contracted before the start of the campaign, or in the case of KTH Start working capital and investment loans over 2 million forints.

As a subsidiary of the Hungarian Tourism Agency, the task of Kisfaludy2030 Tourism Development Nonprofit Zrt. is to support the integration of national and regional level, as well as product-based and destination-based developments, by participating in priority state tourism investments.
