Big shopping begins, trade is prepared

Of the smoked goods, pickled products are naturally cheaper, traditional smoking is a lengthy process that must be paid for.  

At the largest retail chains (Aldi, Auchan LIDL, PENNY, SPAR, Tesco), traditional Easter products come almost exclusively from domestic suppliers, whether we look at eggs, meat products, or seasonal vegetables such as radishes, spring onions, or horseradish. Exceptions can only be made in the premium category. 

The OKSZ continues to draw attention to the fact that in smaller retail outlets, fairs and markets, products that do not come from reliable sources may appear in many places at this time, so it is worth always looking for homemade flavors from well-established traders, controlled markets and producers, and paying attention to the labeling of products everywhere.
