The Breadcontest of Hungarian Bakeries is on

The Breadcontest of Hungarian Bakeries is on, and its main purpose is to get various Hungarian bakeries from all over the world together which basically is a virtual Hungarian bakery-nation, sharing experience and knowledge with each other. GastroPan-Association, Hungarian Association of Bakeriesand HUNGEXPO Co. is launching the competition the Bread of the Nation, within the compass of the UKBA FOODAPEST competition. The event will be located at UKBA FOODAPEST, HUNGEXPÓ, 1101 Budapest Albertirsai út 10., on 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Fenruary 2012.
