Well legalisation can start

Wells constructed without permission can now be legalised – without having to pay a fine – at the notary’s office or the disaster management authorities. Wells dug illegally before 4 June 2016 can be legalised until the end of 2018, thanks to the amendment of the law this summer, upon the recommendation of NAK.
