Say cheese – Video of the day

For this week's cheesy video, we dropped by the new Murray's Cheese Bar on Bleecker Street – the fromage friendly joint is a few doors down from the shop that made the Murray's name famous, and it's already been mobbed after only a few days in business. The eatery's secret weapon is pairings – they have over 40 cheeses on the menu and serve each with a condiment that's meant to compliment the flavors. Then the whole shebang is served with a beer or wine to further the taste-bud experience. Watch the video above to see chef fromager Tia Keenan's thoughts on the art of the cheese pairing.
