Iconic Hungarian brand entrusts Waberer’s Group: the company works with Törley
Waberer’s Group will handle all domestic transport tasks for Törley Pezsgőpincészet Kft. from August 2025. The assignment of the iconic Hungarian brand fits well with the regional growth strategy of the logistics company listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange.
Waberer’s Group has won another strategically important order in the beverage logistics segment. The company will handle all domestic transport tasks for Törley Pezsgőpincészet Kft. from August 2025, after the tender announced by the largest domestic player in the sparkling wine market was successfully concluded. The order builds on the partial cooperation between the two companies, which began in 2024, and aimed to serve Pest County.
Complex task
“The contractual relationship with Törley is also strategically significant: Waberer’s is now the only logistics service provider in Hungary that is present on the market as a partner to almost all important domestic beverage sector players – such as companies producing or distributing beer, wine, soft drinks, mineral water and spirits. Törley’s assignment means the completion of the beverage logistics portfolio,” emphasized Zsolt Barna, Chairman and CEO of Waberer’s Group.
The cooperation launched with Törley Champagne Winery strengthens Waberer’s position in the food and beverage logistics segment and clearly demonstrates that the company is continuously able to address new, strategically important partners with its competitive service portfolio.
The logistical management of sparkling wines, as excise products, is a particularly complex task. Strict delivery note management and the safe movement of fragile goods require a high level of expertise and targeted logistics solutions. Waberer’s service flexibly adapts to the significant seasonal volume fluctuations of the product and provides the ability to transport from a single bottle to a full truckload.
