Rézangyal pays tribute to the fruits
A premium pálinka can only be made from fruits selected with great care, with the help of highly skilled distillers. Márton András, the blend master of Rézangyal, shows in a short film how the different taste and aroma characteristics of the fruits perfectly match through blending.
A perfect blend is able to create a constant top quality from thousands of variables. This process is common in champagne and Rézangyal pálinkas. Blending is a way to create items with the most complex character and the highest quality, eliminating the differences caused by different vintages.
