This is how your business uses mobile banking
The life and operation of businesses is largely determined by the degree to which they digitize their processes. Finance is at the forefront in this field, since in addition to transactions that can be carried out online, a digital financial assistant is also available to businesses. Based on the latest results of the K&H SME Trust Index research, most of the mobile banking functions are used for transfers and balance inquiries – the latter even on a daily basis.
Technological development has a serious impact on the operation of SMEs, there are more and more smart businesses, i.e. those that digitize their business processes, including administration, communication, customer service, order management, and financial management. Another milestone in the latter field was that they now have a digital financial assistant at their disposal – in the “person” of Kate, with whom they can communicate not only in writing, but also by live voice in the K&H mobile bank application.
“It is also thanks to the continuous developments and market innovations of recent years that domestic enterprises are becoming more and more mature. This is clearly demonstrated by the fact that today practically 99 percent of banking transactions – i.e. outgoing transfers – are carried out electronically by our SME customers. And if we look at the entire SME sector, based on the K&H trust index research, it can be seen that seven out of ten SMEs already use some kind of mobile banking service”
– informed Ildikó Oraveczné Németh, marketing manager of the K&H Residential and SME segment.
