This is how the English see customer service work
The English company FM Outsource asked 1,000 people about their experience with customer service in 10 sectors – we learned from the VIMOSZ news report.
The research found that the tourism sector was rated as bad or very bad (29%, compared to an average of 20%), followed by the utility sector (32%). The food and banking sectors were rated good or very good (45% and 43%, respectively, compared to the average of 38%). When evaluating the quality of service, the tourism sector was again classified as bad or very bad (21%, while the average was 17%), while banks and food stores were rated good or very good (49% and 50%, respectively, while average 42%).
