And research by a company developing internal communications applications sheds light on the shift in focus from email-based devices to mobile phone-based applications.

The epidemic situation has fundamentally changed the way companies operate, and almost half of the companies have been forced to improve their internal communication systems in order to ensure the transition to new systems and their continuous operation effectively. According to a study by Trenkwalder involving about 150 companies, the companies have developed more significantly, especially due to the generalization of telework, which has undergone significant changes in the areas of email status and online discussions.
