This is how humans and AI work together – the artificial intelligence revolution in the workplace
According to GKI research, 80 percent of the Hungarian population is not yet actively using the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence. However, employers are starting to recognize the benefits of applying AI, so more and more are introducing it to help with everyday work.
Randstad Talent Trends’ research, based on a survey of more than a thousand senior managers, clearly indicates that the operations of companies are also changing on a global level. 82 percent of managers already rely on artificial intelligence to rethink customer service and internal processes, 87 percent say that workforce agility is more important than ever to maintain competitiveness, and the majority are moving towards skill-based operations. The research also confirms that 65 percent of companies are increasing their investments in integrated recruitment models, which clearly shows that technological transformation and the use of AI are increasingly becoming a strategic priority worldwide.
While GKI data shows that uncertainty is still strong at a social level in our country – as only one in five people actively use AI – at K&H, the integration of AI is a widely used practice. Around 1,600 colleagues have already tried Copilot Chat, the web version of Copilot, and in the past month 1,200, or about a third of the organization, have used it on a daily basis. The openness to AI is extremely diverse, and employees working in different areas have been able to integrate Copilot into their work. The majority of employees use the available license intensively and consciously. K&H’s development is thus in line with international trends.
At K&H, the introduction of AI is not just a technological project, but a conscious knowledge development process. All employees have participated in mandatory Copilot Chat basic training, which will be supplemented by short, practical example-based webinars and open days from next year. The AI Law program also aims to raise awareness and educate colleagues to use artificial intelligence confidently and responsibly, not only at work but also in their private lives.
“At K&H, we are creating a supportive, data-aware corporate culture where the use of artificial intelligence is transparent, safe and understandable to everyone. It is important that our colleagues can work in an environment where the application of AI is controlled and predictable, and where they gain real confidence thanks to continuous learning. This way, we can simultaneously build a resilient organization and ensure sustainable, people-centered operations in the long term”
– said Leila Medvey, Head of HR at K&H.
