Pápai Hús, celebrating its 111th anniversary this year, appears on the market with a real ham specialty
Pápai Hús is appearing here with a truly special product line called Sonkarikum. The ham master and his product development team of one of the largest players in the domestic bacon and ham sector have dreamed up three special flavors. One of these is the result of an extraordinary collaboration, as the hams are aged in Tokaj Szamorodnia, among others, by Gróf Degenfeld Vzőlőbirtok. Pápai Hús is celebrating its 111th anniversary with the product line.
On the 111th anniversary of its founding, Pápai Hús Kft. is presenting a real specialty. Every piece of the limited-edition Sonkarikumok, which will be available in stores before Easter, and made from the finest selected ingredients, is aged for exactly 111 days, i.e. almost 4 months. The product line, which comes in three flavors, also features a truly extraordinary version. The meat industry company, in cooperation with the Tokaji Gróf Degenfeld Vzőlőbirt, also produces a batch for which the winery’s Szamorodni is used for aging.
