Professional competition for catering students

The Hungarian Gastronomic National Association (MNGSZ) organised the 2010 Schnitta Sámuel Memorial Professional Competition for catering students. Pécs will host the final for the winners of the qualifiers in the seven economic regions, on 8-14 November. Teams consist of five members: two cooks, a confectioner and two waiters.
