Forbes Travel Guide (“FTG”) has announced the list of winners of its 2026 Star Awards. Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest has once again been awarded the prestigious “four-star” rating in the FTG rating system. (The four-star category used in the FTG rating system is not the same as the European hotel rating system!)

For 34 years, Kempinski has been one of the city’s leading five-star hotels, combining timeless elegance with contemporary sophistication. The hotel welcomes guests with 350 fully renovated rooms and suites, award-winning restaurants and the Kempinski The Spa. The hotel is also committed to supporting the arts, with the ‘Corvinus Art Collection’ at the heart of its patronage, which guests can admire in both the hotel rooms and public spaces.
– On behalf of the entire team and myself, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for this prestigious award – said Stephan Interthal, Area General Manager. – It is a real honour for us and a true reflection of the commitment, professionalism and passion of all 300 of our employees who carry out their work every day. This award strengthens our efforts to continue providing unique services and motivates us to maintain a consistently high standard.
