The market of cosmetics and household product has stabilized this year
The market of cosmetics and household chemical products has stabilized. Their retail trade turnover in January-August this year, has not changed, compared to the first eight months of last year, both in terms of value and volume.
Among the twenty largest selling category of chemicals the toilet paper, detergent, soap, insecticide, kitchen wipes, facial and eye wrinklecream, as well as shops selling sanitary napkins increased both in value and volume, compared to last year’s January-August period – inform Villányi Ágnes, head of Nielsen’s commercial relations department.
