This year, the Hungarian economy can grow
Instead of previously expected 0.2% decline, this year a 0.6% increase occured in Hungary’s gross domestic product (GDP), the average inflation rate can be 4.7%, instead of the formerly predicted 4.3% – can be read on the website of the Ministry of Natio
According to the Ministry's forecast; household consumption will decrease by 2.5 percent after last year’s 6.7 percent decline. In March the Misnistry indicated a smilar 2.5 percent decline. However investments will expand in 2010, although growth will be only 0,8 percent smaller than the formerly expected 1.3 percent surplus.
