Lidl Hungary won the Top Employer award again this year

In 2023, Lidl won the prestigious Top Employer award in a total of 28 countries, and together with this, it received the Top Employer Europe recognition for the sixth time.

Companies with Top Employer certification are committed to placing their employees at the center of their business activities and providing them with outstanding working conditions. The Top Employers Institute evaluates companies using a questionnaire based on the information they provide. It covers 6 overarching HR dimensions and 20 HR areas, such as HR strategy, working conditions, recruitment, training and wellbeing.
