Hungarian wines performed well this year as well
Several Hungarian wines have managed to win at the prestigious field the Decanter World Wine Awards (DWWA). The Hungarian wineries won a Best In Show Grand Prix, 4 platinum and 15 gold medals, the Kreinbacher Estate told MTI on Wednesday.
As they wrote, the international wine competition received a record 18,093 items from 56 countries this year. According to the results released on Wednesday, the organizers handed out a total of 50 Best in Show, 179 platinum and 635 gold medals. (MTI)
