The Nestlé and Zyntern mentoring program continued this year: more young people received support for successful career building
As part of Nestlé’s global initiative, the Nestlé for Youth Employment program was launched in Hungary in 2014, which helps young people find employment in the labor market through the cooperation of the business sector, the government and the education sector.
As the latest stage of the program, the Nestlé Alliance 4YOUth mentoring program organized in collaboration with Zyntern.com was successfully concluded this year as well, providing university students with the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals from leading large companies.
“Supporting and preparing young talents for the challenges of the labor market is of paramount importance to Nestlé. Through the mentoring program, we not only provide professional guidance, but also help students to enter the world of work with confidence. We are proud that we can provide such valuable opportunities to more and more young people through the Alliance 4YOUth initiative,”
said Gábor Tompa, Communications Director of Nestlé Hungária.
Zyntern.com, as one of the leading career and internship portals in Hungary, is also committed to supporting the career path of young people.
“The Nestlé Alliance 4YOUth mentoring program is an excellent example of how to build a bridge between university studies and the labor market. Participants not only gain valuable professional knowledge, but also develop practical skills with which they can successfully launch their careers,”
– emphasized Zsófia Bathó, Chief Operating Officer of Zyntern.com.
