The best conference and wellness hotels were also awarded this year

Six Hungarian conference and wellness hotels and event venues received Golden Day awards for their outstanding quality services based on their performance in 2023; the award, which evaluates the work of hotels throughout the year, was presented for the 16th time on Thursday in Budapest – the organizers told MTI.

The event organizer Day Holiday Kft. evaluates and awards the best hotels based on feedback from clients and event participants every year, with the professional partnership of the Association of Hungarian Hotels and Restaurants.
The best three-star conference hotel in Hungary in 2023 was the Varga Tanya Hotel, Conference and Leisure Center, and the best four-star rural conference hotel in Hungary was the Hotel Ózon & Luxury Villas superior in 2023. In 2023, Novotel Budapest Centrum won the title of Hungary’s best four-star conference hotel in Budapest.

Hungary’s best five-star conference hotel in 2023 was awarded to LUA Resort Balatonfüred, Hungary’s best wellness hotel in 2023 was Hunguest BÁL Resort.

From this year, the founder of the award awards not only hotels, but also event venues, among which the best event venue in Hungary will be chosen, which in 2023 will be the Millennium Café and Restaurant.

The Hungarian-owned Day Holiday Kft., founded in 1995 to organize corporate events, conferences, and trainings, has been organizing the Golden Day Gala since 2005.
