Futureal Group’s developments have earned another prestigious professional recognition, this time at one of the most defining events in the Hungarian real estate market, the Real Estate Awards, which has a history spanning a decade and a half. The large-scale urban renewal development of Marina City was awarded the Planned Residential Project of the Year, the exclusive Naphegy12 condominium was awarded the Residential Development of the Year, and the PT3 hall of the HelloParks Páty logistics megapark was awarded the Logistics Development of the Year by the Iroda.hu professional jury.

The 42,000 square meter PT3 is the third completed hall of HelloParks Páty megapark. The building is a significant milestone in the implementation of the company’s ESG strategy, HelloZero, as the construction is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 19.78% compared to the company’s initial developments, an important step towards achieving the 25% carbon reduction target set for 2025. This is thanks to the special solutions used during the development, developed by HelloParks’ research and development and sustainability team, including plastic fiber industrial flooring, the use of concrete structures with a reduced carbon footprint, the use of reinforcing steel from 100 percent recycled sources, and the modified composition of the concrete structures and industrial flooring. PT3, like the industrial real estate development company’s developments after 2022, was implemented according to the BREEAM New Construction Outstanding rating and in accordance with the EU Taxonomy requirements. Only 3% of buildings in the world achieve the highest level of BREEAM sustainability rating, and in Hungary, only HelloParks develops according to such strict standards. The interest in sustainable solutions is clearly demonstrated by the fact that 60% of the hall’s area has already found a tenant before the handover.
