Almost 3,000 billion HUF for rural development for this and next year

During the transition period, this year and next, almost 3,000 billion HUF will be available for rural development from EU funds, with budget co-financing – the Deputy State Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture (MoD) said at Portfolio Economic News Portal’s online conference on Wednesday.

Viski József . responsible for Rural Development announced that it had already been decided to call out almost 1,000 billion HUF from this year’s budget.

This year’s applications are expected to be announced by June and may be paid out by the end of the year. The deadlines are tight, the last accounts must be closed by the end of 2025, the deputy secretary of state added. (MTI)
