This year, almost 130,000 children participate in the programs of the Erzsébet camps

The Erzsébet camps have a national-political dimension, opening the door to discovering each other, discovering identities for Transylvanian, Highland, Transcarpathian and all Hungarian youth – the parliamentary secretary of the Ministry of Human Resources told M1 news channel on Tuesday.

Rétvári Bence added: Hundreds of children came to Hungary from cross-border areas, and young people from Hungary are also vacationing across the border. This year, nearly 130,000 children participate in the programs of the Erzsébet camps, which met the needs of families.
